I just couldn't stop making roll cake. This week, I made it into a coffee taste roll cake. Wanna try some?

Ingredients:
- 4 white eggs
- 4 yolks
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 120 gr sugar
- 80 gr flour
- 40 gr cocoa powder
- 30 gr vegetable oil
- 40 gr milk
- 1 sachet instant coffee
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Filling: + Buttercream + Cinnamon Powder (optional) + Chocolate
Topping:
- Chocolate
Instructions:

- Beat the egg white and lemon juice in high speed, add sugar gradually until form a soft peak.
- Add in egg yolks and whisk or you can use spatula, use folding technique.
- Shift flour gradually and whisk thoroughly.
- Mix together oil, milk and instant coffee. Pour into the batter, whisk well.
- Pour the batter into mold.
- Bake 120 C for 25 minutes.
- Take out from the oven and roll. Chill.
- Fill in with buttercream, roll and store in fridge.
- Top with melted chocolate.
- Serve.
