If Timetravel to the same location was possible, space travel would be no problem

If time travel was possible, getting to the exact point in space at a certain time would be harder than to travel through time itself, I assume.

If time travel was possible and we'd travel 1 second back, would we still have earth's speed momentum flying/falling through the universe (we are moving 107ks/h), and would we arrive back on earth, or would we land in space with no momentum, and see earth distance itself from us?

If time travel was possible, I assume space travel would simply be a matter of how much energy we can accumulate in order to get from point a to b
