Seeing this prompt got me even more hungry. π
It's 12:17 at my time of making this post, and I've actually been awake for a while because of hunger.
I usually would prepare snacks and keep them before it gets dark, but the rain started quite early, and I didn't want to go out and get wet so I don't catch a cold.
I don't have my snack pictures, but this setback won't silence me π€;
I'm still going to jump on this prompt. My favorite midnight snack is Gala.
Gala was one of the first snacks that I loved so much as a child, and I grew to love it even more as an adult.

Funny story, when I was little I initially hated it o. I remember removing the sausage inside it and eating only the roll that enclosed it. It was until one day, I attempted to put it all in my mouth and experiment with how it would taste when eaten alongside the roll, and that was when I fell in love.
Gala has become costly now. I remember it being about 20 to 50 naira growing up, but now it's a whopping 200 naira π
However, that doesn't stop me from enjoying the time of my life with that beauty.
A Secret:
There's this Gala factory that's around Ajao Estate in Lagos, and I remember salivating as we were driving through. That's how someone said their workers get it for free to eat within the factory but can't take it out. You won't believe I was legit considering going to work there so I can get free Gala.
Don't judge me, please. π π
That's our secret as Owls in this community; it mustn't leak to other communities. π
I think I better stop now; talking about food is getting me more famished. I should be snacking right now. πΏπΏ
Well, that's the story of my midnight cravings.
