In a nutshell, the @LadiesofHive is the Web3.0 version of the Lean In movement.
A community that focuses on women- their interests, joys, passions, and share stories of their journey in life.
Our mission is to empower and encourage female/feminine/femme-identifying voices on Hive. We are here to support, uplift, and learn from one another. We believe female voices and ideas should find equal representation in all corners of the blockchain. This is an inclusive space and we welcome all who also support this vision.
The lady who came up with the idea @silversaver888 and the tech-savvy lady who lent her knowhow to make it happen @thekittygirl are both genuinely inclusive and supportive.
Stepping into the this big crytpo space that is moving and changing at 210km per hour can get one's head spinning. Being part of a community helps avoid the potholes.
Evey week, there is a writing challenge for the ladies to participate in with the chance of winning some Hive tokens. We are also encouraged to write our own experiences and stories.

And the icing on the cake, the tokens (listed on Hive-Engine). Ladies can earn LOH tokens for participation in the contests and you are manually curated by @ladiesofhive when you post through the community (T&C apply of course).

I have been a moderator of LOH for about a year now, and as much as my "introvertism" kicks in full force when I am on Discord, I have to say I don't have the heebie-jeebies when I step into the LOH Discord. And I love the camaraderie of the Ladies of Hive and am happy to have been invited to be part of this tribe:D
