Saludos amigos de la comunidad OCD y SWC, Muy buenos días a todos hermanos de la comunidad!, quería hablarles sobre el último entrenamiento en casa, se me está dificultando poder salir y entrenar al parque de barras o con @sw-yisus, pero eso no es impedimento para poder entrenar, después de todo para entrenar plancha solo necesitas el suelo, estuve jugando con el ángulo de las manos a la hora de realizar full planche y straddle planche, para poder tener mas libertad para combinar con otros estáticos y mejorar el equilibrio en la barra de freestyle, también use una paralelas pequeñas que tengo para entrenar las flexiones y los press en Straddel planche.
Mi próximo tengo varios objetivos a mejorar y lograr en base a la plancha, tengo que seguir trabajando en eso, los mantendré informados.
