Saludos amigos de la comunidad OCD y SWC, Muy buenos días a todos hermanos de la comunidad!, quería hablarles sobre el último entrenamiento que tuve con los mis hermanos de aquí de SWC @sw-yisus, @stephen-swc @miguelgabriel-sw en casa de un amigo nuestro maicker, debido a que en nuestra localidad no hay parques de barras aptos para practicar freestyle, él no permite entrenar junto a el en su hogar.
Considero que el freestyle es mi punto débil, quiero mejorarlo, ese día me enfoque en pulir mis giros 360° y tornado 360°, debido a que mi meta este mes es poder realizar combos más extensos y continuos, también estuve probando distintos agarres está semana para facilitar el doble 360°.
Si bien me rompí un poco las manos, e aprendido que es algo normal en esta disciplina y que vale la pena para mejorar, apenas estén sanos volveré a entrenar, mientras tanto trataré de mejorar mis estáticos, más que todo planchas y front lever. Greetings friends of the OCD and SWC, Good morning to all the brothers and sisters in the community! I wanted to talk about the last training session I had with my brothers here at SWC @sw-yisus, @stephen-swc, and @miguelgabriel-sw at the house of a friend of ours, Maicker. Because there aren't any freestyle-friendly poles in our town, he doesn't allow us to train with him at his house.
I consider freestyle to be my weak point, and I want to improve it. That day I focused on polishing my 360° and tornado 360° spins, because my goal this month is to be able to perform longer and more continuous combos. I've also been trying out different grips this week to make the double 360° easier.
Although I broke my hands a little, I've learned that it's normal in this discipline and that it's worth it to improve. As soon as they're healthy, I'll get back to training. In the meantime, I'll try to improve my stances, especially my planks and front lever.
