Saludos amigos de la comunidad OCD y SWC, Muy buenos dÃas a todos hermanos de la comunidad!, querÃa hablarles sobre el último entrenamiento en en casa de @sw-yisus, me retome lo que comentaba en publicaciones anteriores de pulir mis planchas, tanto la full planche como en Straddel planche, estoy enfocándome en limpieza y ganancia de fuerza. Me di cuenta que se me facilitan los agarres más abiertos en para la full planche en la barra de freestyle, asà que base ese entrenamiento en la limpieza, flexiones y presses, siento que mientras más planchas hago, más fáciles son. Además, también trabaje un poco el front lever y corregir los press de front lever, mi técnica tenÃa defectos pero @kley-sw me ayudó y aconsejo al respecto, me explico por teléfono de muy buena manera y ahora la cinemática de movimiento se ve mucho mejor y bien ejecutado, el próximo entrenamiento de plancha lo verán pronto, los mantendré informados. I wanted to talk to you about the last training at @sw-yisus's house. I'm going back to what I mentioned in previous posts about polishing my planches, both the full planche and Straddle planche. I'm focusing on cleaning and gaining strength. I realized that I find it easier to use wider grips for the full planche on the freestyle bar, so I based that training on cleaning, push-ups and presses. I feel that the more planches I do, the easier they are. In addition, I also worked a little on the front lever and corrected the front lever presses. My technique was flawed but @kley-sw helped and advised me on the matter. He explained things to me very well over the phone and now the movement kinematics look much better and well executed. You'll see the next plank workout soon. I'll keep you posted.
