HOPE EVERYONE IS WELL
I am happy to say Lunas face has gone down and she neck to normal so think it may have been a Bee or a bite from something that made her cheek swell, we will be keeping a close eye on her just in case it happens again. She is back to her normal beautiful self and it didn't seem to bother her so wasn't in pain.
I've spent the full day indoors today after yesterday's day out, I've had to rest as the pain has been bad plus I'm really not happy as it seems my body is starting to feel the cold again. With going through the Menopause and having hot flushes I haven't felt cold in years, usualy I'm sat with the fan on whilst everyone else is wrapped up in so many layers and still teeth are chattering but today I've been wrapped in my Teddy Bear dressing gown that's so thick and nearly wraps around me twice keeping me warm with Luna tucked in the side of my chair. I think Luna is feeling the cold to as she's stayed there for hours and when I do get up she has moaned. Mika doesn't as she has so much fur she must be toasty warm.
I spent the whole day indoors as have been out a couple of times plus today we got an extra hour in bed with the clocks going back. Its been a dark, dull, wet and really cold day. Didn't stop hubby though of he went all wrapped up with golf bag to the golf course, his last words were I'll be back soon as only doing 6 holes as its to cold," nearly 5 hours later he walks in, he had managed a full round, he thinks I don't know what he's like, If he got the chance he would play Golf all day and only come home to sleep. Not that I would mind, I prefer the house to myself as I can just potter around doing little jobs with no one grinding on my nerves.
My daughter is at her boyfriends so I'm in charge of the angry green one, Sprout the Parrot, whilst my daughters away I take Sprout to bed to sit with her whilst she has a fly around, not that she flys very much she will try and attack me first then slip off into a corner and hide then come out and attack the cans, we leave her empty cans pf pop as she loves to play with them pushing them off the chest of drawers then flys after them to attack them again. She can be lovely, sometimes, usually when she's in this mood she broody, she will lay an egg then be lovely again.
Whilst I'm Parrotsitting my 2 pups will be cuddled up in my bed waiting for me. I don't think Luna likes sharing me with Sprout, when I'm a little longer than usual she will come to the bedroom door whine then tap the door telling me that's it mum you have spent enough time with Sprout.
I love animals and can't ever remember a time I've ever lived without one, even though I had an awful childhood we always had dogs, thankfully they got treat better than I did and where there for cuddles at the bad times. I would hate to think there will come a time I can't have any, they make a house a home and make a me a happier person. ☺️
