HOPE EVERYONE HAS HAD THE BEST WEDNESDAY
I've now got a day that I absolutely dread, every Thursday morning. With my new medication I'm now taking a tablet called Alendronic Acid one day a week. I have to get out of bed early with having an empty stomach, I take this pill with a massive glass of water, I have to stand for 30 minutes keeping upright. Standing for 30 minutes is so painful im in tears by the end of it, my knee is burning, my back goes numb im just about ready to collapse. I have to take this pill for 2 years, then off for 18 months then have another bone density scan, this is to help with Osteoporosis, I hate getting old
Changing the subject.
My husband has found a new fish shop, this one sells lots of Reef tank supplies, he came home after shopping with a massive smile holding a few bags. He already had a shop that he kept going back to as it was close to home but every time he got tests done the water was never right so he decided to try another shop to see if if was what this 1st shop was selling, after testing again his tank was perfect he found that the salt water he was buying from this shop wasn't weighed out correctly, since changing shops his tank has been healthy. Now he has found another shop that sells everything he wants plus they are going to sort out the equipment for him to do his own water which will save him a fortune in future.
BEFORE
As you can see above the tank is starting to fill out, he still needs more living rock plus more corals, he has been given some glue that they use to bond the coral to the rock, this glue you don't need to take the rock out of the water, you add the glue to the corals then as soon as its placed on the living rock it makes a bond that is very secure.
He can't home with so many bags today one with a starfish, with it being new top the starfish its found somewhere to hide until he feels more at home. Glen has added more living rock plus more Coral. Its amazing watching the coal change shape, we also have Clown fish yellow tailed damsels and Shrimp.
NOW
The tank is just about ready, so the living rock is placed, the Coral has bonded apart from a tube worn coral, this keeps moving around the tank looking for his home sometimes we find it other times it's hid. Once the Corals start to grow we will see less of the living rock and more Colour.
My favourite is watching the shrimp thru can be so funny, they look like there Irish dancing, when hubby puts his fingers in to feed them the shrimp will come up and clean his fingers. They are very entertaining.
