Greetings, my dear and respected friends at Hive, especially my colleagues in the wonderful @motherhood community. Today, as usual, I bring you completely original content. Last week was my grandson Ian's birthday; he turned three years old. A few days earlier, my beautiful princess Lya also had her birthday, but for reasons beyond the family's control, we were unable to celebrate her birthday. For this reason, we decided to celebrate both birthdays on the same day. Last Sunday, surrounded by friends, a piñata, and a delicious cake, we celebrated the lives of these beautiful children, my grandchildren. It is very gratifying to see the happy faces of children when they celebrate their birthdays surrounded by their family and little friends. No matter how simple a children's party may seem, for them it can be unforgettable and form part of their most beautiful memories. The bad thing about this whole story is that I couldn't attend this birthday party, not because I didn't want to, but simply because there are things that are difficult for us, and without a doubt, physical distance is one of them. # My grandchildren were born in Chile, as my daughter left Venezuela in 2018 in search of better economic and professional opportunities. Physically, I have not been able to have that contact with my grandchildren, although virtual contact can never compare to the real thing. I cannot deny that thanks to technology, I can get to know my grandchildren and they can get to know me, and I can also be present in one way or another at their special moments, such as their birthdays. Thank God we have part of the family there and they were able to accompany the children at this party. The cake and decorations were spectacular, and best of all, the children played until they couldn't play anymore. After all, this was for them. Thanks to Hive, I can contribute, as I exchanged some HBD I had in my wallet and sent it to my daughter so she could buy that beautiful cake for Lya and a gift for Ian. Although she didn't want to accept the money, as a grandfather, it fills me with joy to be able to give them something, no matter how small, and thanks to my beloved blockchain, I was able to do so. For that and much more, Hive has changed my life for the better. # My grandchildren's party started at around two in the afternoon, Chilean time, on Sunday 20th of this month of July, and ended after 9 pm, although if it were up to the children, they would have continued until later, because children nowadays seem to have more energy than before. I liked all the photographs, although this is only a percentage of the total photos. There are many, and I hope to share more of them in future posts. Saludos, mis queridos y respetados amigos de Hive, especialmente a los compañeros de la estupenda comunidad de @motherhood, el día de hoy como de costumbre les traigo contenido completamente original, la semana pasada estuvo de cumpleaños mi nieto Ian, llegó a sus primeros 3 años de vida, pero unos días antes mi bella princesa Lya, también estuvo de cumpleaños, pero por motivos ajenos a la voluntad de la familia, no se le pudo festejar su cumpleaños, por tal motivo se tomó la decisión de celebrar ambos cumpleaños el mismo día, el pasado domingo entre amiguitos, piñata y un rico pastel, se festejó la vida de estos hermosos niños, es decir mis nietos, es muy grato ves la cara de felicidad de los niños cuando celebran sus cumpleaños rodeados de sus familiares y pequeños amigos, por muy sencillas que una puede ver una fiesta infantil, para ellos puede ser inolvidable y formar parte de sus más hermosos recuerdos, lo malo de toda esta historia, es que no pude asistir a este cumpleaños, no por no querer, simplemente hay cosas que se nos hacen difíciles, y sin lugar a dudas la distancia física es algo difícil. # Mis nietos nacieron en Chile, ya que desde el año 2018 mi hija se fue de Venezuela buscando mejores oportunidades económicas y profesionales, físicamente no he podido tener ese contacto mis nietos, aunque lo virtual jamás se podría comparar con lo real, no puedo negar que gracias a la tecnología puedo conocer a mis nietos y ellos a mí, también estar presente de una manera u otra en sus momentos especiales, como por ejemplo sus cumpleaños, gracias a Dios tenemos parte de la familia allá y pudieron acompañar a los niños en esta fiesta, la torta y las decoraciones quedaron espectaculares, lo mejor de todo es que los niños jugaron hasta más no poder, al fin y al cabo esto era para ellos, gracias a Hive puede dar mi aporte, ya que cambie algunos HBD que tenía en la wallet y le envié a mi hija para que le comprara esa torta tan linda a Lya y un regalo para Ian, aunque no me quería recibir el dinero, como abuelo me llena el poder darle algo por muy pequeño que sea y gracias a mi amada blockchain lo pude hacer, por eso y mucho más, Hive ha cambiado mi vida, pero para mejor. # La fiesta de mis nietos inició a eso de las dos de la tarde, hora de Chile del día domingo 20 del presente mes de julio, y terminó pasada las 9 de la noche, aunque si fuese por los niños seguían hasta más tarde, porque los niños de ahora parece que tienen más energías que los de antes, me gustaron todas las fotografías, aunque este es solo un porcentaje de las fotos totales, son muchos y espero compartir más de ellas en próximas publicaciones, le pido a mi Dios que me dé vida y salud para que más temprano que tarde los pueda tener cerca de mí, gracias mi comunidad de @motherhood por todo, nos leeremos próximamente.
