Life seems to be moving quickly, days turn into weeks, and weeks into months before we can even catch our breath.

Sometimes I wonder if we are truly living or just racing through time. Everyone seems to be in a hurry, chasing dreams, deadlines, or approval. Yet, in all the rush, many forget the beauty of slowing down to notice the little things.

There was a time I wanted everything fast, success, answers, and change. But I’ve learned that not all progress comes by moving quickly. Some growth requires patience. A seed planted today doesn’t bloom tomorrow; it needs time, nurturing, and care.

Even yesterday, I was thinking about my dreams, how I wish that by now I had finished producing my songs and publishing my books. But then I reminded myself that it’s a journey that requires steps, not rushing. Every vision takes time to grow, and each phase builds the next. The process itself is part of the blessing.

Still, there are moments when moving quickly is necessary, when opportunities appear like flashes of light, demanding prompt action. Wisdom is knowing when to move swiftly and when to wait quietly.

So, as life moves quickly, I remind myself to walk with purpose. Not just to move fast, but to move rightly. Because it’s not how quickly we reach our destination that matters, but how well we travel along the way.

Thank y'all 🙏😁
