Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes la elaboración de unas ***Hermosas Margaritas Fabricada en Papel Crepé*** y ya que estamos en el mes de las madres y las flores, quién dijo que no podemos obsequiar margaritas en vez de rosas, las margaritas son símbolos de pureza, lealtad, de amor tierno y sincero, característica de una madre abnegada que muestra en todo tiempo un amor incondicional, un amor que es comparado con el amor de Dios; además la floración de éstas comienza en éste mes de mayo, cuando justamente celebramos a todas las madres. - Papel crepé blanco, amarillo y verde. - Palillos de altura. - Cinta métrica. - Silicón Frío. - Tijeras.

- White, yellow and green crepe paper. - Height sticks. - Measuring tape. - Cold Silicone. - Scissors.

Para comenzar con la fabricación de éstas hermosas margaritas, lo primero que hice fue, cortar una tira de 9 cm de alto y 40 cm de largo, de papel crepé amarillo, la cual doblé en dos para luego realizarle cortes verticales por todo el largo de ésta, para hacer los flóculos.

To start making these beautiful daisies, the first thing I did was to cut a 9 cm high and 40 cm long strip of yellow crepe paper, which I folded in two and then made vertical cuts along its length to make the flocculi.

Después enrollé la tira de los flóculos en la orilla plana del palillo de altura.

I then rolled the flocculus strip onto the flat edge of the tall stick.

Luego corté otra tira de papel crepé blanco, de 6cm de alto y del largo deseado para el tamaño de la flor. A ésta tira también le realicé cortes verticales de 1cm de ancho, dejando 1cm de orilla sin cortar y las puntas las corté curvas ya que éstos serán los pétalos de la margarita.

Then I cut another strip of white crepe paper, 6cm high and the desired length for the size of the flower. To this strip I also made vertical cuts of 1cm wide, leaving 1cm of border uncut and the tips I cut curved as these will be the petals of the daisy.

Cuando terminé de realizar la tira de pétalos, procedí a enrollarla y pegarla por toda la circunferencia de los flóculos específica en la orilla inferior.

When I finished making the strip of petals, I proceeded to roll it up and glue it around the circumference of the specific flocculi on the lower edge.

Luego con papel crepé verde, hice el receptáculo que es de donde nace los flóculos o la flor fértil. Para esto corté una tira de 4cm de alto y de largo, el tamaño de la circunferencia qué posee la flor, a ésta tira les hice unos corté en picó para crear al mismo tiempo las ligulas.

Then with green crepe paper, I made the receptacle which is where the florets or fertile flower is born. For this I cut a strip of 4cm high and long, the size of the circumference of the flower, to this strip I made some cuts to create at the same time the ligulas.

Una vez que terminé de hacer los receptáculos de la flor, procedí a forrar todo el palillo de altura con papel crepé verde, esto es para hacer el pedúnculo de la flor.

Once I finished making the receptacles of the flower, I proceeded to line the entire height stick with green crepe paper, this is to make the peduncle of the flower.

Finalmente realicé las hojas típicas de la flor, con papel crepé verde y las pegué de forma salteada en todo el largo de la flor.

Finally, I made the typical leaves of the flower with green crepe paper and glued them in a dotted pattern along the entire length of the flower.
