HAPPY NEW MONTH TO YOU ALL!
One of the problem, challenges and issues people are encountering today is as a result of democracy, yes that is my believe and i strongly believe it because many things happening (corruption) today is as a result of freedom from democracy, if there was no freedom i believe some things that has fallen apart could have been in order and not putting people into frustration that many are facing now, though the challenges is affecting everyone but most especially the poor ones that has no connection nor money , they rich ones either get their things (what ever they want) why the ones that has connection go get their things by their contact. Democracy to me due to my country i see it as corruption because it is not working here though i wasn't born during the military regime of my country when t here was no democracy but according to what i heard then from my parents i think that is better than now that we are using democracy , that time it was autocratic leadership where the order and power comes from the highest authority. "Here the highest personal makes the decision without their subordinate and imposes their power on them".

Meanwhile democracy is a system of government whereby it gives the people authority to do and say out their mind freely with their leaders, it is a system of government that leads with freedom but this freedom has putting us , some of the African countries into problem. The freedom of the system of democratic government has made some of the leaders of the country to maintain selfishness without minding if the people they are ruling are in good condition or not putting people into hardship and suffering.
This system of democratic government is not really working for us here in Nigeria it only favours a particular set of people thereby turning others into suffering. Here the democratic governmental system is not a good one it favours only the leaders. Because of the freedom in it the leaders are now doing anything they like because they know that it is a freedom system of government and they don't even care if the citizens are enjoying the democratic governmental system with them but rather as a citizen if your speak your mind , nobody listens to you , they are only after their self interest.
To me i will suggest nigeria find another system of government , maybe a regional system try it and see if it can better the country because the democratic system is not really working here , due to the stories i heard in the past i will even prefer going back to the autocratic leadership since the democracy is not working for us , this democracy of a thing has made some laws are not functional but had it been we have a system of government and law where for example if you eat the country money you will go to life imprisonment believe me some leaders will have a re-think and behave well because they will no if they fail in keep the law they will be punished and money can not change it, but due to this democracy system of government they use money to deceive people and do whatever they want to do.
