I Welcome you all to my daily blog today where i will be writing about exercise and it benefits.
Exercise is a process in which we exercise the body moving from one place to another . There a so many types of exercise which includes: Football, running, jogging,and so many other games in which i may not remember at the moment.

Some people do there own exercise by going to gym house everyday or weeks or weekends to exercise themselves and some you this to keep their body fit .
I do my exercise every weekend because it on weekends that i normally have chances this days,though sometimes i join people if i have chance during weekly days but is mainly on street football.
Exercise have so many benefits in all the body system and this exercise include: It helps in the circulation of blood that flows in the body and with exercise it prevents atherosclerosis and anything plaque in the coronary artery which can lead to mayocardiac infarction.

Exercise also helps in the relaxation of the body and also helps in increasing the body immunity which helps in making the body strong against any act of sickness.
Some people see exercise as stress while they never know that it is a means of supporting themselves to stay healthy and live a healthy life . Lack of exercise has really caused a lot of issues putting people under heath condition trait,many has ended in hospitals just due to illnesses that could have been control or avoid by a simple exercise, Many see exercise as a burden but by doing so (avoiding exercise) you are really at the verge of being obsessed and by this the person will be prone to diabetes and other kind of issues.
It is good we take exercise very serious because it is very important and very beneficial to the body . But when doing the exercise we have to do the one we can do to avoid turning it to stress because when you subject yourself to a hard exercise it can turn to be a stress to the body and it can lead to the cessation of the heart and which can lead to shock.
