Daily living of stress

Stress is one of the things we can never manipulate in life because no matter how hard we try to dodge the so called stress it will definitely come your way . Stress is there already because when we do our daily living activities in one way or another we will get tired and found ourselves to be so stressed out and this always happens every week yeah in a week there must be a day that maybe one things comes up and after dealing with that , it imposes stress on you. It is actually stress that leads to distress . When you work and stress yourself to the level that you body can no longer cary ,the result it will show in the body is distress and this happens as a result of being too exhausted which is the stress in questions. Stress has really deal with us individually depending on the type of work and the kind of stress one encounters. Stress has landed so many people in the hospital today,them being in the hospital is because of over Labour of their works without providing adequate rest . This has also killed many people due to not having a rest .many of us work for days month without even giving ourselves even a single moment for rest and that is too bad this is why so many people faint on daily basis why some even die because of it. We see street as minor while is never a minor thing ,stress is a very big disease but we don't know of that all we know is hustle daily all in the name of money and survival without considering our health because to us we think is an ordinary thing. We are in the world of stress that is just. There are things in which if we do we will manage and avoid stress. One by one . Rest: rest is one of the best thing one can do forn himself in order to avoid stress and keep it to a minimal level Social life : stress can make some one leave focus on things but with social life we can socialise with friends and with this it helps out reduces someone stress . Playing game or doing that in which gives you joy is one of the most important thing we have to know because in life the first priority should be yourself,making yourself happy is one of the things in which you have to do to yourself, happiness is the key to over come stress. Stress can be gotten from so many things,it can be through our works ,it can be through exercise most especially unplanned exercise like walking a long distance. Even when travelling to a long distance journey. So stress can be gotten from many things is not what we can just avoid no but rather it is very advisable and very good to always have a rest . Rest is one of a major therapy in caring for for the health of our body. STRESS CAN NOT BE AVOIDED BECAUSE OF DAILY LIVING BUT RATHER THERE ARE WAYS TO MANAGE AND CONTROL IT, WE HAVE TO KNOW THAT WE ARE IN THE WORLD OF STRESS. thank you for stopping and reading my blog today i really appreciate it.
