Exercise a tool of good health

Physical and mental health, these are two things that we don't have to play with because it is very necessary and very important in our daily activities to keep our body in a healthy and in a very good condition.. That is to say that we don't have to joke with the both because the body needs it for it's proper function and activeness.
Meanwhile world health organization (WHO) defined health as a state of complete physical , mental and social wellbeing of an individual and not merely the absence of diseases. So physical activity can not really go without mental health because it balances the mental health of an individual. To maintain our mental health it requires physical activity and to have this done it needs exercise. Exercise is a very important thing that i really use to balance my physical and mental health and personally i do this on a regular,that is doing exercise consistency because without being consistent with it ,you will lose interest in it . Exercise is the major activity to maintain it and there are many forms of exercise that are done in different ways. These exercises include: Running to short or long distance, having early morning or evening jogging, walking to a distance, playing football or other forms of games,to strengthen the body and keep it fit. But before i continue i will like to address something which has also happened to my uncle, Please when doing exercise it is very good and important you do the one your body can be able to withstand and not putting your organs into an abnormal pressure because this has caused a lot of collapse leading some people to death. Some due to over exercise the heart is being pressured and sometimes it goes into collapse and if care is not taken or if there is no immediate intervention the exercise might turn into a sad news , yeah i have witness were it happened. Reason why it happens sometimes is because some don't know their body system too well and some have one or two health challenges that requires just a minor exercise and not a major one,so this is why it is advisable you know the limit you can reach and know the limit your body can withstand. So in continuation, exercise has been my best form of maintaining my mental health because it makes me fit and it has many benefits like : It helps in the circulation of blood in the body, exercise helps the heart in pumping of blood that flows in the body leading to a good blood circulation. It also makes us sleep well and reduce anxiety. It helps in the maintenance of body weight (body mass index). It also improves the body immune system. It strengthens our Bones. Exercise is very important in our daily activities, it really works in putting the both in order (physical and mental health) and like i said earlier do the one your body can carry to avoid pressure to the heart and collapse. Another important aspect of maintaining the physical and mental health is maintain our food intake. Controlling what we eat matters alot and it can also help in making the body fit.
