Obedient:
Obedient is what is expected of us the people of God.
We the believers we are ought to be obedient to God.
Obeying God's will will do us more good and make us to receive more blessings from him.
Moses obeyed God and the people of Israel,the Israelites were save from the wrath of the Egyptian because Moses was obedient to God and he did that in which God commanded him to do
Abraham also obeyed God when he was ordered to use Isaac for sacrifice despite Isaac being his only child but he never hesitated in obeying the commandments of the almighty
Obedient to God attracts more blessings and also the bible made us to know that obedient is a tool to long life , God loves those who are obedient to him,those who carry out his instructions and obey his commandments.
The commandments of God also talked about obedience where it says thou shall honour thy parents, according to (exodus 20:12).
The honouring of parents here means obedient, obey thy father and mother so that your days will be long . This is a blessing attached to obedient and honour to our parents
So obedient is so important and it also makes us humble, when we are humble, through humbleness we will get that in which is our heart desire.
Is just like a servant who is very humble and obedient to the master, when you are obedient to your master he will like you and you will be favoured by your master due to been obedient to him.
