Hello everyone good evening all How are we doing today hope we are doing great and swimming in the ocean of good health. I want welcome you all to my daily blog today which my topic will be dot allow yourself to be used as a sheep that will be used as an example to others. Having the courage to face things and circumstances is really a good thing and when you have that kind of courage is really a good one . Though sometimes that courage can be a very bad one because many of the times due to over courage many of us will over step that in which is normal, they will over react causing issues to themselves through many ways sometimes and sometimes they don't know but they just act maybe for people to feel them most especially when the have small power guiding them.
Just for example the sug of a school, sometimes the sug presidents use to over do certain things maybe due to that little power they have . When they are being given little power they will like to showcase it just for people to know they on power and observe them , but the main thing is they don't understand this , it is not how it suppose to be . While putting the person there is for him to protect the people and fixe thing but not to be power intoxicated and become an autocratic leader , thereby practicing a one man leadership where only you is giving the other and not everyone giving their own impact in such a system of government.
This is one of the thing that brings about poor government because when the government is run by only one person and others opinion is not counted, people will be so annoyed and leave everything for you to do it yourself and believe me at some point you will make a mistake and those people will only laugh at you and the bad ones will criticize your government, meanwhile the good ones will still come to you to make things right but at some point the hard leaders will still prove stubborn till things get worst and became hard to fixe. But the one that understands will consult other and do the necessary things to have things fixe right.
As a leader you have to give others listening ear so they fill among and being allowed to give their suggestions because with those their suggestions you will get that thing that will benefits the association and by that you will achieve a better goal.
