What we it in our daily living is really necessary and we need to consider it . There is this popular saying that says health is wealth so we have to consider what enters our mouth
Food is another part of making the body healthy and this is by eating a nutritious food and it is also when eating it with God's people and being in unity. When we eat it is a must we have to thank God as the provider of the food . Praying to God before meal is very necessary. According to the second book Timothy everything created by God is good , God can not give his people a bad thing and that is really true. That is why we don't have to condemn any creature of God.
There are some combination of food we eat that are not good to the body even some them has been mixed with chemical and this chemicals destroys the body system. Also there are good foods that are good to the body , foods like milk are good to the body but there contraindications that ulters it such as eating milk and meet can cause conflict in the stomach. But it is good to eat starch with a little oil and vegetable that is very good. According to the bible we don't just eat but we need to consider first what we are going to eat and we have to thank God for that in which he has done by providing for us.
