Saludos amigos queridos de la comunidad de #SWC y #HIVE hoy me complace compartir con ustedes la maravillosa experiencia que vivi en el estado apure. Esta aventura comenzó con un emocionante viaje hacia la ciudad capital, San fernando de apure, donde reside una amiga muy querida a la que aprecio profundamente el motivo principal de mi visita a este hermoso estado llanero fue la de profundizar y mejorar mis conocimientos y técnicas y técnicas en lo referente a los elementos estáticos, tenía el objetivo claro de perfeccionar ciertos aspectos técnicos, y este viaje resultó ser el entorno ideal para lograrlo. Fue una experiencia sumamente preciosa e invaluable, tuve la gran oportunidad de compatir conocimiemtos y momentos con los atletas de apure, apoyo incondicional que sentí por parte de todos se manifestó de una manera. Definitivamente, me lleve conmigo no solo nuevas habilidades, sino también el cariño y la hospitalidad.

Greetings dear friends of the community of #SWC and #HIVE Today I'm pleased to share with you the wonderful experience I had in Apure state. This adventure began with an exciting trip to the capital city, San Fernando de Apure, where a dear friend I deeply appreciate lives. The main reason for my visit to this beautiful plains state was to deepen and improve my knowledge and techniques related to static elements. I had a clear objective: to perfect certain technical aspects, and this trip proved to be the ideal environment to achieve it. It was an extremely precious and invaluable experience. I had the great opportunity to share knowledge and moments with the athletes of Apure, and the unconditional support I felt from everyone was evident. I definitely took with me not only new skills but also the warmth and hospitality of the people.

estuve practicando un nuevo elemento estático el back lever en full, la verdad estuve practicando en maracay este elemento pero no entendía algunas cosas de la técnica al momento de realizarlo, estando en apure me explicaron bien la técnica pude entender mejor y pude realizar bien el estático, también estuve practicando paradas de manos diferentes y las transiciones de las paradas de mano, pude realizar múltiples paradas de mano al mismo tiempo sin dificulta también estuve realizando elbow lever y una trancion de parada de manos a elbow lever que la verdad no había realizado pero gracias a la asistencia de los atletas de apure pude realizar dicha transición, estuve realizando varios combo estáticos y la verdad fue muy satisfactorio ya que todo me salio super bien, esta experiencia en apure fue algo super lindo ya que tuve el apoyo y el cariño de parte de los atletas verdaderamente una experiencia inolvidable.

I was practicing a new static element, the full back lever. I had been practicing this element in Maracay, but I didn't quite grasp some aspects of the technique when performing it. While in Apure, they explained the technique well, allowing me to understand it better and execute the static back lever correctly. I also practiced different handstands and handstand transitions. I was able to perform multiple handstands simultaneously without difficulty. I also practiced the elbow lever and a handstand-to-elbow lever transition, which I hadn't done before, but thanks to the assistance of the athletes in Apure, I was able to execute it. I performed several static combos, and it was very satisfying because everything went perfectly. This experience in Apure was wonderful because I had the support and kindness of the athletes; it was truly an unforgettable experience.
