How Camaraderie and Determination Turned the Tide: My Counter Attack Movie Review

Happy Sunday Hivers! ## One of my favorite movie genres is action, mainly because I easily get bored with too much drama, although I still watch it from time to time. The movie I’m reviewing today is an action film, but even with all the intense scenes, it actually made me cry. There may be many people in leadership positions, but only a few truly fulfill their responsibilities. There are many leaders, yet only a few genuinely understand what it truly means to be one. For me, a leader can be compared to a mother. A mother teaches her children what is right, guiding them so they can discern between right and wrong. She supports them, corrects them when they stray, and opens her arms wide to keep everyone united. Above all, she makes sure they are okay, checking in on them every now and then, especially when they are facing life’s battles. In this movie, I truly admired the character of Captain Guerrero, he's like a mother. His team was sent on a mission without knowing that they had actually been betrayed by the Department Secretary. When they reached the Mexican border, they were suddenly ambushed. ##  ## Source ## During the ambush, not a single member of their team was killed. However, the attackers had a large number of reinforcements arrive, putting them in an even more dangerous situation. It was in that moment that their determination was truly tested, to survive against an overwhelming number of enemies. With the guidance of their captain, the team showed incredible determination and trust in one another, believing they could overcome and defeat the enemy. The leader made use of each member’s unique skills to ensure they could reach their destination. While they were on the battlefield, the captain didn’t just focus on finding a way for them to escape, he constantly thought about the safety of his men. He regularly requested updates on their status, checking if they were still standing and holding on. Each member would report their situation, keeping the team connected and informed. He did everything he could to protect his men. However, no matter how much he wanted to keep everyone safe, the pain was heavy when two of them lost their lives. One was the team’s skilled sniper, and the other was a fighter whose determination to defeat the enemy and help his team survive. That part where one of the team members threw a grenade close to himself so the enemy couldn’t get near his comrades, sacrificing his own life in the process, was the moment that truly made me cry. It hit me hard because I know that acts like this really do happen in real life. This is truly one of the action movies I’ve watched that I really loved. In fact, I watched it again because I admired the captain’s character so much. He possessed qualities of a true leader that I deeply respect. His team also had incredible camaraderie and determination, which is why, despite being outnumbered, they still managed to defeat their enemies. A team composed of people with special skills, fueled by determination and trust in one another, can truly succeed in any mission. The only heartbreaking part for a leader is losing two of his men in the process. How about you, have you seen this movie? ##
