It takes a great skill set to prepare a lovely meal and in cooking is not just all about the things you have to cook the meal but it's also how well you can organize those things you have to make/form a perfect meal that when it gets served people will get to enjoy every little bit about the food and the taste of the food.. In this my post am going to talk about the famous banga stew popularly known as ofe akwu in igbo land and in Delta state dey call it banga soup or stew and this amazing soup or stew can be use of eat with either your rice or your garri, starch or fufu and it is very delicious when properly cooked, and in my case I used rice in eating my banga stew and it was mind blowing and also I would love to hear from others the different names it's been called in their dialect..
