Hello everyone, I hope you are all well. My sister asked me to package a product. If you want to know more about this story, stay tuned and I'll tell you all about it. My sister is taking a cooking class, and there are only a few weeks left before it ends, but she told me she needed my help packing and sealing 35 bags of mixed peanuts to give to her classmates. I started looking for some cellophane bags that are ideal for this, but I only had 15, so I was still short. Then I remembered that I had some ice bags left over from when I had my business, which is currently on hold. I looked for my sealer, which was a great purchase in 2021 and is an incredible tool, as I learned a lot in that area of confectionery and condiments. I am grateful for that, as in the not-too-distant future I will be able to use my knowledge to my advantage. Ice bags are very efficient if you know how to distribute the space and be precise when dividing them with the sealer. One miscalculation can damage part of the material. I experienced this many times when making bags to package cornstarch and powdered milk. You have to be patient, but if you knew how much I enjoy this activity, as simple as it may be, it has its secrets when it comes to sealing, since many times there are spaces left unsealed. I learned from many mistakes I made. I used a bag model as a guide, but of course, not all packages will be perfect. I weighed them at 42 grams, which was 1 kilo 500, leaving about 20 grams remaining, which was just enough for that. Hola a todos, espero que estén muy bien, mi hermana me pidió el favor de empaquetar un producto quieres saber más de este relato quédate para contarte.
Mi hermana está haciendo un curso de cocina y ya faltan pocas semanas para que culmine pero ella me dijo que necesitaba que yo la ayudara a empaquetar y sellar 35 bolsas de maní mixto, para entregarlo a sus compañeros, yo me puse a buscar unas bolsas de celofán que son ideales para eso pero solo tenía 15 aun me iban a faltar, pero recordé que tenía bolsas de hielo de cuando tenía mi emprendimiento que actualmente está pausado, busque mi selladora que es una gran adquisición del año 2021 y es una increíble herramienta de trabajo ya que aprendí mucho en esa área de productos de confitería y condimentos, estoy agradecido por eso ya que en un futuro no muy lejano puedo defenderme con mi conocimiento.
Las bolsas de hielo rinden mucho sabiendo distribuir el espacio y precisión al momento de dividir con la selladora, un mal cálculo se daña parte del material, lo viví muchas veces cuando hacia bolsas para empaquetar maicena y leche en polvo, hay que tener paciencia, pero si supieran que me gusta esta actividad por más sencilla que sea tiene sus secretos al momento de sellar ya que en muchas oportunidades quedan espacios despegados, yo aprendí de muchos errores que cometí, fui guiándome por un modelo de bolsa pero claro nunca será perfecto todos los paquetes, los pese de 42 gramos era 1 kilo 500 quedaron unos 20 gramos restantes dio justo para eso, ya la he ayudado en otras oportunidades pero haciendo mangas pasteleras que también es súper fácil, espero que les haya gustado mi publicación, nos vemos luego.
