This is one of those days where I look at how life is going and be true to myself about the work that still has to be done. The work is a hella lot.
There's just so much that still has to do done. It feels like I'm world apart from where I really need to be.
To be fair, that's just me being hard on myself as usual. I'm always very critical of myself and I'm my biggest critic. I also don't hold back from giving myself a thumbs up when the need arises.
This year just hasn't been it.
I didn't get into this year expecting a quarter of the things that has happened so far. I've faced a whole lot of situations. I survived all that and I see this as my time to start rebuilding.
I'm already taking steps in that direction. I'm trying each day to make things happen.
Time is also running really fast as it stands. This year is already coming to an end. Meanwhile, there are still so many pending projects that are scheduled to be accomplished this year.
Moments like this calls for patience!
However, being patient is easier said than done.
For now, I'm putting my feet on the gas each day. It's a run against time as I try to take steps each day towards achieving a lot more things before this year sees its end.
The adventure continues.
