Footballing days are usually fun as we look forward to watching our favorite teams play their game. We all have that surge of anticipation and we countdown to kick-off time.
However, there are also moments when we get mixed feelings about watching our team play. That's especially the case when they are performing very poorly and losing a bunch of games. That's exactly what we are going through as Liverpool fans in this moment.
We already lost 4 games in a row!
Losing that much game in a row isn't something Liverpool fans are used to. A lot of us are also not taking these losses well. That's why so many fingers are getting pointed at several factors that could have led to Liverpool's poor performances.
Tonight is another big test for Liverpool.
Liverpool will be away to play against Eintracht Frankfurt in the Champions League. That's one big game and we can't afford to mess it up. Losing that game won't be good for anyone.
One thing is for sure though... Arne Slot surely has to make loads of adjustments to the tactics, formation, and even the line up.
The popular opinion is to give Chiesa a lot more game time. Same goes for Ekitike. We want to see Cody Gakpo replaced by Ekitike in that line up. Interestingly, many folks are also interested in seeing how we will perform with Chiesa in the starting line up ahead of Salah.
The D-day has come!
Just like all other Liverpool fan, I'm counting down to this game which will kick-off very soon. I'm also curious to see the line up and any surprise that may be attached to it.
