YouTube showed me this 18 minute short comedy movie from 1932 today. It is interesting to see the culture from almost 100 years ago. The "Joseph Blough" channel is where this was uploaded and they have many others to choose from. I watched a couple more and they were good too!
So the Movie is The Candid Camera and stars Franklin Pangborn and Dorothy Granger. They are a couple married for 3 years and it starts with a car salesman pulling up to their house to show them a car that he is selling. There is some witty dialog, if you can even understand it. They had a different sense of humor and different slang words than we do now.
As the movie progresses, the guy gets caught chasing a woman at the beach after she knocks him down with a punch in the eye. You can see the type of swim suits folks wore way back then.
The guy has a story for how he got a black eye but then we learn that it is just a cover story.
Have a look if you're interested in film history! If you like it, check out this channel for more, and consider a subscribe. The channel has 2.46K subscribers and the video/movie has 25K views in the 2 weeks it has been on YouTube.

My Activity
today was unremarkable. Another hot humid day round these parts. No reason to go out.
But I did in fact go out for my nightly walk even though it was not conducive to exercise. I didn't go that far, but still managed 6335 for my actifit number.
I hope you had a great weekend!
Happy Monday Everyone!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
