De Vuelta a Casa [ESP | ENG]

# Español ¡Feliz Segundo Día del Año! Bienvenidos un día más a este espacio de historias y anécdotas de mi vida. Espero que ese inicio de año vaya de maravilla. Yo aún no me he planificado, pero espero hacerlo pronto. Hoy les cuento, sobre mi viaje de regreso a casa. Como les había comentado en publicaciones atrás, realice un viaje familiar, específicamente con mi hermano para realizar diligencias consulares, por supuesto todo salió bien. Pero en este momento, ya era la hora de regresar a Casa. Así que fuimos bien temprano al aeropuerto, para evitar cualquier congestión en la carretera o algún evento imprevisto. Llegamos a Maiquetía e hicimos nuestra fila para hacer el check in. En este proceso demoramos 20 minutos aproximadamente, porque había bastante gente. Luego, de culminar con ese proceso, fuimos a dar una vuelta por el aeropuerto y a ver la decoración navideña. Un amigo que me encontré casualmente nos acompañó. Después, tomamos una pequeña merienda que fue donde conocí a Páramo café y luego de la espera. Fuimos a hacer la cola de migración, para verificar que todo estuviera bien en el sistema. Este vuelo fue puntual, eso me alegró bastante, porque me preocupaba la hora de llegada, ya que hora de salida estaba prevista para las 12:10 y el calor que hace en Santo Domingo en esas horas es increíble. Pero todo salió de maravilla. Nuestro vuelo estuvo agradable y tranquilo. Al llegar a nuestro destino, la temperatura estaba en 36°, bastante sofocante para mí. Lo que si tuvo retraso fue el despacho de la maleta, esperamos aproximadamente 30 minutos para la entrega. Lo mejor de todo, es que la novia de mi hermano nos estaba esperando afuera y nos iba a llevar a casa. Luego de 40 minutos de camino llegamos. Today I will tell you about my trip back home. As I had told you in previous posts, I made a family trip, specifically with my brother to do consular errands, of course everything went well. But at this point, it was time to return home. So we went very early to the airport, to avoid any congestion on the road or any unforeseen event. We arrived at Maiquetia and made our line to check in. In this process we took about 20 minutes, because there were quite a lot of people. After finishing this process, we went for a walk around the airport and to see the Christmas decorations. A friend that I met by chance accompanied us. Afterwards, we had a small snack where I met Páramo café and after the wait. We went to the immigration queue, to verify that everything was ok in the system. This flight was on time, that made me very happy, because I was worried about the arrival time, since the departure time was scheduled for 12:10 and the heat in Santo Domingo at that time is unbelievable. But everything went wonderfully. Our flight was nice and quiet. When we arrived at our destination, the temperature was 36°, quite sweltering for me. What was delayed was the delivery of the suitcase, we waited about 30 minutes for the delivery. Best of all, my brother's girlfriend was waiting for us outside and was going to take us home. After a 40 minute drive we arrived. I was happy to be back home and to have made an express trip.
