First post in actifit - just getting started :-) Went for a coastal walk at the Flensburger Förde today with my dog Tamika and friend @dandegrischdine and her Leonberger gorgeous Ella. Beautiful windy, cloudy day - slightly rough sea, salty air, autumn leaves. I love it here :)
I didn't go swimming today - but the dogs went into the sea :)
Perfect start to moving more again and sharing it here.
