Sometimes all you need is a little good cry. It wouldn't necessarily make you feel good but better, Idk if you agree with me or see things from my perspective. But wait lemme tell you something ๐Ÿ˜‚

Let's be real, crying doesn't just fix your problems. That heartache? still there, but here's the thing sometimes a good cry doesn't need to solve anything to help. It just does. I always wonder if it's just me alone ? Crying gives me some sort of relief ๐Ÿ˜ž.

Ever had one of those days where everything just piles up, rejections, disappointment, that one text you shouldn't have sent and there you are just struggling to hold it all in simply because you tell yourself to stay strong because you a big boy or girl, (hm no let anyone whine you ๐Ÿ˜‚). Then finally boom, the tears roll down and you cry. You are not fixed but you feel lighter. Like you just emotionally exhaled.

That's why I don't fight my tears anymore. Not because I'm weak or dramatic but because to me crying is my way of emotionally rebooting. A way of formatting my bottled up feelings. Personally I think crying is like emotional sweat, you don't judge yourself after a workout right. So why shame your tears after having a tough time ๐Ÿ˜‚.

Abeg I'm not saying drown yourself in misery oo ๐Ÿ˜‚ . If you need to cry, cry. Let it out, chill , eat your favourite snack, maybe hug your pillow and then wipe your face. Drink water and keep going. At the end of the day everyone's fighting a silent battle and sometimes the bravest thing you can do is to let those tears loose , just long enough to clear the fog. Go ahead and have that little cry you will feel better And don't remember to thank me later lol
