LeoStrategy has been something I've followed closely ever since the project started taking off on LEO. It is truly incredible to see how successful its become in such a short time. In just the last 7 days, they achieved a 195% annualized LEO Yield. The way they're running a project is extremely ideal. Incredibly lean, well-managed and communicative. I'm excited to see where they take it!
They measure this LEO yield the same way Microstrategy measures "BTC Yield". Which is easily measured by tracking the growth of LEO Per Share (LPS for short).
The growth of LEO Per Share of LSTR outstanding is the best KPI (Key Performance Indicator) for measuring LeoStrategy's success. By simply tracking the "velocity of accumulation" of new LEOs, you can track the performance of the fund and if its worth investing in. That's how I evaluate it. This episode also talks about the potential of Arbitrage Bots and the other revenue-generating mechanisms LeoStrategy is building. It's fascinating to see this ground up approach that is centered on sustainable and autonomous revenue. Think of LeoStrategy as a company that's developing Agents to generate revenue and reinvest in more LEO over time. Since revenue buying an investment has a technical cost of acquisition of $0 (and no inflation on the LSTR token), it is infinitely accretive to all of us holding LSTR.
