Friends, Footsteps, and Fun — 12.4 KM of Pure Joy, Bonding Moments, and New Adventures

**Hi, Hive! I hope everyone's doing well.**  This blog is all about ✨ **Friends, Footsteps, and Fun — 12.4 KM of Pure Joy, Bonding Moments, and New Adventures** ✨ Hello, Hive friends. Quick Question: **Have you ever tried jogging with your friends?** If you're asking me the same question. My answer is yes. I have tried jogging with my friends already.  Actually I have made a blog about it already and if you wanna read it please visit my profile it's titled **‘From Sunrise to City Hall: An 8.4KM Jog with Friends’.** After our first jogging together, I was so tired and exhausted to the point that I literally slept two whole afternoons without minding the heat. Mind you, the temperature that time was around 39° - 42°, and I still slept without any interruptions. I did sweat a lot while sleeping but that didn't stopped me from sleeping.  Jam, AJ, and I planned to do another jog together. But, we had a huge problem. Since it is already our summer vacation, our individual schedules don't match with each other. We planned to jog many times, but we ended up postponing it. **April 25, 2025**  Friday, Jam and AJ texted me. They said that we should jog again but this time with a new route. But, I still need to ask for my parents approval. I was hesitating to ask them because I was afraid that they would scold me. I don't wanna let Aj and Jam down, so I grabbed all my courage to ask them. At first, my father was hesitant to let me jog with them but when I told him that Aj and Jam would be going with me, he immediately said yes. AJ and Jam are my parents most trusted friends. Every time I would ask my parents if I could go out with my friends, they would ask me if Jam and AJ were going too. Because if they're going, then they won't let me go out. After getting my parents approval, I immediately texted AJ and Jam and I made a Group Chat for the three of us. We planned to jog at Hagnaya, San Remigio Cebu.   After planning, I immediately set my alarms from 3:00 AM to 4:00 AM because we planned to jog early. As usual, I snoozed my first alarm and woke up when my last alarm sounded. When I opened my eyes, I immediately changed my clothes and waited for AJ. Since AJ's house is the farthest, I told him to pick me up from my house and together we will pick Jam up from his house. **This is the selfie that I took with Jam.**  I really like his outfit. I wasn't able to take a selfie with AJ because he was already 4 meters ahead of me and Jam. We planned to go to 7/11 to buy some drinks and to a bakery to eat pandesal. But, we needed to pass through a cemetery in order for us to go to 7/11 and the bakery. If you guys don't know, I am afraid of the cemetery and ghosts. I was literally running as fast as I could. When we finally arrived at 7/11, I once again saw PEPERO × NEWJEANS.  AJ planned to buy one but he ended up not buying it because we still needed to jog for 10 KM and we were still at 1.5 KM. **These are the drinks that we bought.**  We really had different tastes. After buying our drinks we went to a bakery to buy pandesal.  This is the pictures that we took while eating our mini breakfast. After eating, we continued our jog near the beaches because we wanted to see the beach. 📍LAPYAHAN AND MAYOL BEACH   It was so peaceful. While we were walking, we passed by our friend's house. Since no one was awake yet, we just took selfies with their house.  They own many dogs. Although I find dogs cute, I also find them scary because what if they will bite me and then I will go to the doctor to be injected with anti rabies, I hate needles. While walking, we encountered many dogs. Every time there's a dog on the side of the road we're walking, we would cross to the other side to avoid the dogs. Finally, we arrived in Hagnaya, but there was still a slope to go down.  We really witnessed and saw the sunrise. I really love watching the sunrise and sunset. When we reached the covered court of Baranggay Hagnaya, we took some pictures because AJ said that one of our friends’ house is behind the covered court.  This is one of the many pictures that we took. **Hagnaya Port**  When we finally reached our destination which is Hagnaya Port, I thought that we will immediately go home. But, I was wrong. Jam and AJ said that it was too early to go home so we continued our walk. Our plan was to pass through Patag, then go through Argawanon, and finally return to 7/11. We even got lost on our way to Patag. But, it was worth it because we witnessed, again, the beautiful sunrise and we didn't wasted the chance to take some pictures.    It was so calming. It healed something inside me that I had already forgotten. We were so scared to ask the locals the way to Patag so we just trusted our instincts.  While walking to patag we saw a cute dog sitting in front of a Sari-Sari Store. We also passed by Hagnaya Beach Resort and took a lot of pictures.    They said the entrance fee was expensive, so we just took photos outside. While walking we saw one of our friends’ mother, she was also doing the same thing as us.  We took a picture with her. We were so thirsty so we stopped at a Sari-Sari Store but they didn't have any water bottles in stock. Thankfully, we recognized the owner and she also recognized us. She's Eli's mother. We are so thankful for Eli’s mother because if it wasn't for here we would have been dehydrated.  We also took a selfie with her. After thanking Eli’s mother for giving us water, we immediately continued our walk.   We did a **FIT CHECK** and took some pictures of our outfit. The place that we walked through was so peaceful. When we finally reached Argawanon, we were thirsty again, so we bought water from a piso dispenser so we wouldn’t be thirsty anymore. After drinking water, we immediately continued our walk and I felt very tired to the point that I was ready to ride a tricycle home. But, when I saw AJ and Jam who were determined to finish our morning walk, I felt determined as well.  When we finally reached 7/11 we bought some foods and went to Mayol Beach to eat our food.  12.44 KM done. After eating our food we went home safely.
