A lot of people feel only women care about their bodies to the point where it becomes an obsession, but a lot of the people that do this forget the obsession of a lot of male body builders. You find out that 80% of these guys care more about their bodies than even their lives. Some of them have become so obsessed with their bodies that they don’t miss a gym session and would still hit the gym even when their body is giving them signs to slow down. They be like, “I feel I have added weight” after a day or two of missing the gym and that’s how you know that their obsession for their bodies have made them gym addicts. I never knew people could be addicted to exercising so much that they would do anything to keep fit. This doesn’t just affect them but even those in relationship with them. I have seen a lot of these guys who put their partners in severe strenuous exercises just to meet up with their standards of keeping fit and I have heard of people who even died in the process of trying to meet up with those standards.

I feel however that a healthy body is very okay no matter the age a person is, you find out that the major reason a lot of people are so obsessed with how they look is because of the ideology of looking young and not even keeping fit. They don’t want to look their age, so they make sure their skin is looking so young, some even go as far as doing plastic surgeries whing majority of them end up regretting at the end of the day. But I mean, why put yourself through such a process of trying to cheat nature. It makes me remember the late Michel Jackson of blessed memories, I wish he knew how beautiful he was, and truly appreciated it. He wouldn't be so inclined to change his skin colour for whatever reason he had. Today you find out how much people do it now and ladies are the ones who now take it to the extreme. They are never satisfied with the body they have, they either want to change their nose, or their mouth, or their butt, some even go as far as uttering their reproductive organs because they don’t like how it is.

If a person needs plastic surgery because they had an accident that uttered their appearance, it’s different from someone who is doing it because they have the money and feel they can look however they want. Of course a person can decide to look however he wants, but changing one's biological state of appearance because it doesn’t appeal to them is a sign of low self esteem and for some even a mental condition. I mean if disabled people can live a normal life why not you with whatever you think is a natural flaw in your body. The majority of the people who have uttered their biological composition end up regretting it because once changed, needs to be maintained and has the chance of being affected by human mistake.
