Week 39 has so far been one of the most interesting of all the different weeks that have come and gone. Watching artists perform some of my childhood favorite songs has been nothing but interesting. But to be honest the entries I enjoyed the most have been those I have never heard in my life. These artists did not just sing the songs, they felt every bit of emotions the song writers and characters felt while performing the songs (at least that is what I think). And it was thrilling to feel the emotions I felt while listening to those songs. For some it was not even about the voice because only one out of my top 3 picks sang, the remaining two made music, and it was ecstatic.

The first artist I would be mentioning in this post is @djvizcay Menh, that mix was lit. You got me vibing from beginning to end, and the blues you made at the end was so unexpected but brought another wave of calm that made the ending sweet. And even though I only knew just two out of all the songs you mixed, I didn’t enjoy it less because they were captivating from the beginning. Nice entry @djvizcay and I will look forward to more entries from you.

Another very wonderful performance I came across today is from @mariflautacubana. This was actually the first entry that made my day today. I don’t know if it was that fact that I heard a flute or the fact that it sounded so well even though I do not know the song, or even the fact that the person playing the song was so intuited to the rhythm that it made me fall in love with the performance as soon as I heard it. I just know one thing, that was a beautiful award winning performance and I would really love to see @mariflautacubana in the final 16.

Talking about final 16, one performance I think deserves the prize is that from @tenesha. SHe gave me that childhood disney vibe I have missed for so long, her voice was like that of a disney princess that had been locked away for so long and was magically let lose. I mean I could form a story with that beautiful voice and that baby-like face, because it was absolutely thrilling to watch. All I can say is good luck @tenesha and I will definitely be voting for you if you end up in to 16.
