The author of this novel Sarah Gruen has very skillfully presented an extraordinary story that combines history and love. After reading this novel, I felt like I had entered this novel. The main character of this story is a young boy named Jacob Jankowski. Who loses his family and becomes a vagabond. Later, he ends up on a circus train. Later, he stays with them. Jacob's character is a very humane boy. He loves and cares for animals. So he is given the responsibility of taking care of the animals including elephants in the circus.
