So there, the purpose of God after we have prayer is to act, which is taking responsibility for what we have asked from God. Meanwhile, we have to be willing at all times to do God's will through that which unites us in faith, so when ever we have sin, there is every need for us to ask for forgiveness and truly except ourselves from such, as Jesus has come on earth to cleanse us with grace. We are meant to forgive those who really went against us, and at the same time, we have to understand forgiveness has to be what we have to keep doing and not a one-time thing.
