 SOCIAL SCIENCE - THE DRASTIC SOCIAL CHANGE THAT COMES WITH SUCCESS  Truly, this topic has to be written in chapters and become a booklet on its own, but for the prompt given, I will give you an experience of mine for you to understand what one can be in terms of being successful, although I still have positive experiences that are not like others. That's to say that the human condition or situation at the moment does not count as the real-time character of the person until the person is balanced in terms of being successful. Let me point out something very important: success is never bad, but people take advantage of it, showing their personality, their status, and what they are up to. That's to say that an individual's success triggers a lot of out-of-depth character, which is hidden from what we see and feel as human. That's to tell you how far social change can be in terms of breaching and also building relationships between one and another. All this is a revelation from the successfulness of an individual, which gives the right insight into who the person is and the best way to follow up. I do tell people to never judge an individual because the real personality of the individual is not what you are seeing at the moment, but with time and achievement, the best and the weak points of such an individual sprout out. As one of them, I have experience with social mobility, and I can attest to that with an experience of narrative for you to understand how much difference this can cause in terms of hierarchy, where authority leads with power, which is toxic when it is not properly managed. I once work with a boss in an organisation who tend to be at the position he was just from the point that I started from with this the same level of experience, just as unmerited with political approach he advanced to resume at a higher level of placement which turns him becoming the lion of the jungle in charge of my department, that was actually the time and period that I noticed that human are not who you see rather who they are inside, just because he made it to another level now create difference and not that but creating disparity that distance me from associating with him, which marks the genesis of intimidation from different participative forgetting how we all started the trip of the organisation. The fact remains that power is harmful when not utilized properly. Ever since I discovered that that is his new discipline, I left the sleeping dog to rest while leaving the organization for him to keep parading himself. Honestly, even at the moment of writing this post, I feel displaced in reciprocating the close relationship we had before despite him being older than me. At least there should be a close relationship that is related mutually, but there is no way to find this, this is the strong reason I left. Despite the displacement that was triggered by him, and him becoming the prompt of the subject matter, it has led to a lot, and I will say that I am never a loser of my position; rather, I am a top gainer because the future is pregnant with twins, unknown to anyone whether they be a boy or a girl. That's to say that more and better opportunities are coming to explore and to take advantage of.
