That is to say that there are people I look up to, but nevertheless I have my elder brother, whom I look up to. The reason for this is that he has egged me on to the extent that I am now inspired to learn, and as well, emulating some certain things he does has now inspired me to my own goal as a young, promising man. Life is never easy, but you really need someone to influence you; it is possible to get things done, as my brother has proved with his own experience. Living and growing up with him is never bad; rather, it is a privilege which I have. His lifestyle was actually a stepping stone which has moulded me into the form I am today. Even his advice to me, even when I proved to be stubborn at things, and his silence and conduct always proved me wrong, which kept me thinking about how to make things right the next time. I relied so much on him while in secondary school that he tutored me and advised me, and even when I talked to him and did the worst as a teenager, he tolerated all this my childish behaviour and still believed in me. One day I realised all he kept telling me, which I do today. Today he is not here with me, but I acknowledge the fact that he has established something positive in my life that brought improvement, value and honour to my life. His type is rare to get. Honestly speaking, some of the knowledge I have, I didn't buy, nor did I beg for it; rather, it is something I got free of charge from them, which keeps on inspiring and strengthening me as well. His resilience in carrying out activity has been inspirational; I took it that I can get things done and make it, despite the hardship. We grew up without any silver spoon as others were opportune to have, but still yet, he kept on showing full-time dedication to his primary assignment, which he didn't let the fact that there is no money weigh him down, starting from his secondary education to the tertiary institution, which I emulated and followed suit. I always rely on him as a bigger brother who I can rest my hope on because he fails not to deliver. Honestly, I don't know how he does that, but I learnt to be working on myself secretly in order to be as intellectually and financially capable as he is, which really shows his seniority and his class over me, which is the reason I respect him and try to do some copywriting of his lifestyle just to be a better version of my own self. Today I can do some things that others look at and give me accolades for. Today I have gone through my education qualification, despite the hardship, and today I have a lot of certifications to boast of. I will never forget the support he gave me as his younger brother while in school financially, which has proven to be a survival of a time. His love and generosity as my brother really inspired me, and I never fail to share the same with my younger ones and also with my friends and neighbourhood, which justifies what I learnt from him. His care has done a lot for me. I can't forget the day he rescued my life from serious sickness by paying my laboratory test and treatment bill. That alone taught me how to give to people and not to be selfish in giving. Today I advise people on the best way to do things without being biased in judgement, all because of what I learnt. That is the reason today I always have younger ones around me, just because they know what they will get from me. My appreciation goes to my senior biological brother, who groomed me with his lifestyle, impacting his knowledge that makes life easier for me today. I must say thank you to him; your inspiration has saved me a lot, be it time or money. You have been there for me. This reminds me of the good time we shared together while living together, and today we are living separately in different locations. Your impact can't be written off.
