Hello everyone! For this post, I’d like to take you to enjoy a small café ☕🍰 that focuses on high-quality preparation, along with beautifully designed bakery items 🥐. Not only are they visually stunning, but they also taste delicious 😋. Every menu item here is made from scratch, step by step 👩‍🍳. This is actually my second visit to this place, which is “PASTRY ARCHITECT”, a French-style pastry café in Ayutthaya Province 🇹🇭.

It’s located about 15 kilometers outside the city center of Ayutthaya, making it quiet and peaceful 🌿. Perfect for chilling, reading a book 📖, or even working 🖥️.

The exterior of the café looks like a yellow castle 💛, giving off a very European vibe 🇪🇺. Honestly, there are so many great photo spots 📸 here, and plenty of parking space for customers.

As I walked inside the café, I was greeted by the delightful aroma of freshly baked pastries 🥐✨. The interior is beautifully arranged with a unique touch, and I truly enjoyed exploring the space to find a cozy spot to sit 🌿☕. Every corner is picture-perfect 📸, and of course, I couldn’t miss capturing the charming atmosphere inside to share with you all. 💛

The very first thing that came to my mind upon entering was the wonderful aroma of coffee and pastries ☕🥐. And of course, I couldn’t resist ordering the signature rose cake, known as L’AMOUR ROSE 🌹✨. Not only does it look stunning and lifelike, but it also tastes amazing. The outside is covered with soft, delicate cream, highlighted by the gentle fragrance of roses 🌸.

Once I cut into it, there are seven beautiful layers inside — filled with sweet and tangy raspberry mousse 🍓. The base is made of coconut sponge, giving a refreshing, cooling sensation with every bite. 🥥❄️ Truly a delightful treat! 💛

As for the pastry called “Pastry Architect”, it has a sweetness that’s perfectly balanced — not too sweet. The bread itself is incredibly soft, paired with the crunch of sliced almonds on top . The almond cream adds a fragrant touch, making this another highly recommended menu item! ✨🍞

I wrapped it up with my caramel coffee ☕🍯 — the rich aroma of coffee blended perfectly with the sweetness of caramel. It was the perfect ending to another delightful day spent enjoying pastries and my favorite cup of coffee. 🥐💛
