Hello friends! ๐ŸŒธ For this post, Iโ€™m back again with a little part of my daily routine. โœจ This is something I usually do twice a week with my colleagues after finishing work. Playing badminton ๐Ÿธ is not only fun but also really good for our health ๐Ÿ’ช. It makes me sweat a lot and gets me super tired ๐Ÿ˜… since I need to move my legs quickly and swing my arms to hit the shuttlecock, while also thinking about what kind of shots my opponent might make. ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ”ฅ Itโ€™s really fun, and you should definitely give it a try at least once! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™Œ

This time, I also had a new friend join in ๐ŸŽ‰. She hasnโ€™t played in a long time, so she said it was exhausting ๐Ÿฅต, plus the weather was quite hot. Since the badminton court is enclosed to prevent the shuttlecock from being affected by the wind ๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ, it gets pretty warm inside. Luckily, there are fans in the resting area, so we can cool down a bit. ๐Ÿชญ๐Ÿ˜Š

After finishing work, we had an appointment to meet at the badminton court at 5:30 PM ๐Ÿ• . I went back to my room to change clothes before heading out to play badminton ๐Ÿธ with my colleagues. I also did some warm-up exercises beforehand ๐Ÿ”ฅ. I believe warming up before playing sports is very important ๐Ÿ’ช. Whenever I skip it, I feel my legs become tight and very sore ๐Ÿ˜ฃ.

I really like the badminton court here ๐Ÿธ. Itโ€™s spacious and has plenty of parking ๐Ÿš—. But after I finished playing around 7:00 PM, the parking lot was almost full, which shows that many people here like to exercise after 7:00 PM ๐Ÿ•–. The badminton court closes at around 10:00 PM ๐Ÿ•™.

  • Another highlight is the fitness center upstairs ๐Ÿ’ช, which is also available for customers to use. But I havenโ€™t checked it out yet, hehe ๐Ÿ˜„. For now, I only come here for the badminton courts.

When I walk in, the first thing I usually do is buy a 1-liter bottle of water ๐Ÿ’ง to drink while playing badminton ๐Ÿธ. Since playing makes me hot and sweat a lot ๐Ÿ˜…, I think drinking water is really important. The good thing is that it also helps me practice drinking more water throughout the day . Thatโ€™s another benefit of exercising through badminton for me. ๐Ÿ’ชโœจ

We played for about 1 hour and 30 minutes โฑ๏ธ, and when youโ€™re having fun, I think time passes so quickly ๐Ÿ˜. After finishing, I felt an amazing sense of relief in my body thatโ€™s hard to describe โœจ. This is another part of my daily routine thatโ€™s not only fun but also helps keep my body strong and healthy ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿธ.

After finishing badminton, it was already dark ๐ŸŒ™ and I was really tired ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ, which made me feel too lazy to cook, hehe ๐Ÿ˜…. So, I decided to buy dinner instead ๐Ÿด. This time, I chose one of my favorite dishes that I often order โ€” spicy corn salad with boiled shrimp and Vietnamese sausage ๐ŸŒฝ๐Ÿค๐Ÿฅ“. I love it because of its bold flavors โ€” a little spicy, sour, and salty ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿง‚. It always makes me feel refreshed and energized โœจ.
