Hello friends! ๐ธ For this post, Iโm back again with a little part of my daily routine. โจ This is something I usually do twice a week with my colleagues after finishing work. Playing badminton ๐ธ is not only fun but also really good for our health ๐ช. It makes me sweat a lot and gets me super tired ๐ since I need to move my legs quickly and swing my arms to hit the shuttlecock, while also thinking about what kind of shots my opponent might make. ๐ค๐ฅ Itโs really fun, and you should definitely give it a try at least once! ๐๐
This time, I also had a new friend join in ๐. She hasnโt played in a long time, so she said it was exhausting ๐ฅต, plus the weather was quite hot. Since the badminton court is enclosed to prevent the shuttlecock from being affected by the wind ๐ฌ๏ธ, it gets pretty warm inside. Luckily, there are fans in the resting area, so we can cool down a bit. ๐ชญ๐
After finishing work, we had an appointment to meet at the badminton court at 5:30 PM ๐ . I went back to my room to change clothes before heading out to play badminton ๐ธ with my colleagues. I also did some warm-up exercises beforehand ๐ฅ. I believe warming up before playing sports is very important ๐ช. Whenever I skip it, I feel my legs become tight and very sore ๐ฃ.
I really like the badminton court here ๐ธ. Itโs spacious and has plenty of parking ๐. But after I finished playing around 7:00 PM, the parking lot was almost full, which shows that many people here like to exercise after 7:00 PM ๐. The badminton court closes at around 10:00 PM ๐.
- Another highlight is the fitness center upstairs ๐ช, which is also available for customers to use. But I havenโt checked it out yet, hehe ๐. For now, I only come here for the badminton courts.
When I walk in, the first thing I usually do is buy a 1-liter bottle of water ๐ง to drink while playing badminton ๐ธ. Since playing makes me hot and sweat a lot ๐ , I think drinking water is really important. The good thing is that it also helps me practice drinking more water throughout the day . Thatโs another benefit of exercising through badminton for me. ๐ชโจ
We played for about 1 hour and 30 minutes โฑ๏ธ, and when youโre having fun, I think time passes so quickly ๐. After finishing, I felt an amazing sense of relief in my body thatโs hard to describe โจ. This is another part of my daily routine thatโs not only fun but also helps keep my body strong and healthy ๐ช๐ธ.
After finishing badminton, it was already dark ๐ and I was really tired ๐ฎโ๐จ, which made me feel too lazy to cook, hehe ๐ . So, I decided to buy dinner instead ๐ด. This time, I chose one of my favorite dishes that I often order โ spicy corn salad with boiled shrimp and Vietnamese sausage ๐ฝ๐ค๐ฅ. I love it because of its bold flavors โ a little spicy, sour, and salty ๐ถ๏ธ๐๐ง. It always makes me feel refreshed and energized โจ.
