"Another one of my daily evening activities" besides playing badminton 🏸, is swimming 🏊♀️. I really enjoy swimming in the evening because it’s not too crowded 😊. Plus, I get to admire the beautiful view of Ayutthaya city while feeling the cool water, which makes me feel so relaxed ✨.

Before I start swimming, I like to sit and admire the beauty of the city here. I enjoy watching the sunlight fade away as the sun sets — it always reminds me how quickly another day has passed, and makes me reflect on what I have done for myself today.
Sometimes, silence and spending time alone isn’t lonely or scary at all. Just by watching the sun disappear beyond the horizon and reminding myself that I love myself, I feel at peace. To me, exercising is like a magic medicine and a special gift to my body.
Usually, I swim 2–3 days a week, and afterwards, I spend 2 days playing badminton with my colleagues.
I might not wear makeup in my photos, because if I go swimming, all of it would disappear for sure haha 😅. Let’s start having fun with swimming! 🏊♀️✨ Do you believe that every time I feel stressed, I like to stay close to the water — it always makes me feel so much better 💙. And now I’ve found the perfect swimming spot for myself. Swimming alone isn’t bad at all; I usually spend about 1 to 1.5 hours here when I come to swim.
The best part about swimming in the evening is seeing all the city lights across Ayutthaya . It feels so big, almost like Bangkok! I just moved to Ayutthaya about two months ago for work, so this is also my adjustment period.
And this is just another small part of my daily routine — simply living happily and loving myself a little more every day.
