Tasty mountain mushrooms from the Austrian Alps

Hello everyone! Hope you´re doing well. --- Different types of mushrooms usually grow in the mountains depending on the year's season. In August, when it is still summer, you can find these mushrooms which are edible in delicious recipes. --- Locals in the area know well which mushrooms are edible and the best areas to find them, as well as how to prepare them. The person who welcomed me into his house already had some knowledge, so one day, during a walk in the nearby mountains, she took me to an area where a large number of these big, spongy mushrooms grew. The person who taught me this dish knows how to find and prepare it, but doesn't know the exact name. If any of you have more information about these mushrooms, you can comment, I would like to know more about it and its properties. ---  --- They grow in the mountainous areas of the Alps, near Going and Ellmau, around August and perhaps until early September. --- First of course you have to clean them very well, but the process is not complicated. Those that are very large are chosen at the time of collection. ---  ---  ---  ---- Once they´re very clean, cut them into slices and brown them in a pan with oil or butter. They can be seasoned with a bit of salt and then sprinkled with a little coconut milk so that they are creamy.
