Saludos amigos actifit SWC, Saludos, amigos de actifit. Hoy les comparto lo que fue un día de entrenamiento en familia bien temprano salimos, mi pareja y mi hijo a caminar rumbo al parque de calistenia para un entrenamiento en familia .nada me llena más de alegría que compartir tiempo juntos a las personas que más amo ,y aprovechamos la mañana para hacer los que nos gusta juntos salir a caminar y entrenar calistenia , fue muy divertido como lo podrán apreciar en las fotografías.

Greetings friends of the actifit SWC,Greetings, friends of actifit. Today I share with you what was a day of family training very early. My partner and my son left to walk towards the calisthenics park for a family training. Nothing fills me with more joy than sharing time together with the people I love most, and we took advantage of the morning to make those of us who like to go for a walk together and train calisthenics, it was very fun as you can see in the photographs.
