Sesión de estáticos con los panas 💥 | Actifit
Hoy entrené con los hermanos de barra: Jesús Monte de Oca, Miguel Aréas y Gorje Kako. Desde que llegamos al parque, la energía fue brutal. Calentamos con movilidad y tensión, preparando el cuerpo para lo serio.
Nos enfocamos en movimientos estáticos: Jesús dominó el front lever, Miguel trabajó su straddle planche con fuerza, Gorje afinó su back lever, y yo estuve metido en handstand y tuck planche, buscando más control.
Entre repeticiones, nos motivamos, corregimos técnica y echamos broma. Esa vibra de equipo lo hace todo. Cerramos con core y estiramientos, dejando el cuerpo reventado pero el ánimo por las nubes.
Seguimos sumando tensión, técnica y amistad. ¡Calistenia con los panas es otra cosa!
Calisthenics session with the guys 💥 | actifit
Today I trained with the barbell brothers: Jesús Monte de Oca, Miguel Aréas, and Gorje Kako. From the moment we arrived at the park, the energy was incredible. We warmed up with mobility and tension, preparing our bodies for the real deal.
We focused on static movements: Jesús mastered the front lever, Miguel worked hard on his straddle planche, Gorje fine-tuned his back lever, and I was involved in handstand and tuck planche, looking for more control.
Between reps, we motivated each other, corrected technique, and joked around. That team vibe does it all. We finished with core and stretching, leaving our bodies pumped but our spirits sky-high.
We continued to increase tension, technique, and friendship. Calisthenics with the guys is something else!
