Saludos amigos de actifit swcHola amigos de swc, hoy les comparto mi entrenamiento de freestyle y front lever con banda elástica, aprovechamos que hoy fui a mi casa en Buena vista (Pitahaya) dónde tengo unas barras y pude entrenar algo de freestyle que ya tenía tiempo si hacer nada de freestyle, aunque fue algo sencillo me permite mantener algunas trucos, luego entrene algo de front lever con goma y para terminar unas dominadas y unos muscle up.
