Saludos amigos de actifit swc,Saludos amigos de la comunidad de swc, hoy les traigo mi entrenamiento de ayer de front lever, cada día mejor ya el día de ayer pude incluir la pull up en el entrenamiento y seguimos con el reforzamiento, con los press de front lever y trabajando con la half,fue día muy caluroso durante el entrenamiento tome mucha agua 💧 ya que el calor en punto fijo esta muy fuerte por lo cual tome mucha agua para mantenernos hidratados.
