Rutina de plancha – Jueves > "Bienvenidos a este pequeño resumen de lo que ha sido mi evolución en plancha y front lever durante este mesociclo. Aunque aún faltan entrenamientos por completar, quise compartir con ustedes parte del proceso, los avances que hemos logrado y también las áreas que todavía necesitan trabajo. > > Cada sesión ha sido un reto: desde los primeros intentos temblorosos hasta los momentos en los que el cuerpo empieza a entender el movimiento. La plancha ha ido tomando forma, ganando solidez y control. El front lever, por su parte, ha sido una batalla constante contra la gravedad, pero poco a poco la técnica y la fuerza se van alineando.

Plank Routine – Thursday > "Welcome to this brief summary of my evolution in plank and front lever training during this mesocycle. Although there are still workouts to complete, I wanted to share with you part of the process, the progress we've made, and also the areas that still need work. > > Each session has been a challenge: from the first shaky attempts to the moments when my body begins to understand the movement.
