¡Hola a todos! Dentro de poco comenzarán mis vacaciones de la universidad y se avecina la temporada Kley Prime. Hoy quisiera compartir una actualización sobre mi lesión: sufrí un esguince de grado uno en la articulación de mi muñeca izquierda. Afortunadamente, la zona afectada se ha desinflamado y he comenzado con los ejercicios físicos de rehabilitación. Me han indicado que necesitaré tres semanas para poder recuperar al 100% mi capacidad y funcionalidad, por lo que debo cumplir con mi tratamiento durante todo ese período. Ya pronto estaré entrenando como se debe, ya no quiero esperar más.

Hello everyone! I'll be starting my college break shortly and Kley Prime season is coming up. Today I'd like to share an update on my injury: I suffered a grade one sprain in my left wrist joint. Fortunately, the affected area has deflated and I have begun physical exercises for rehabilitation. I have been told that I will need three weeks to be able to recover 100% of my ability and functionality, so I must comply with my treatment during that period. I will soon be training as I should, I don't want to wait any longer.
