Hoy ha sido un día muy ajetreado para mí. Tenía planeado ir a escalar al emblemático Parque Nacional El Ávila, pero lamentablemente las fuertes lluvias de la tarde me lo impidieron.
A pesar de este contratiempo, logré sacar un momento para entrenar un poco, aunque debo mencionar que lo hice con mucha molestia y dolor en mi muñeca, pues aún estoy resintiendo una lesión que sufrí hace poco por un descuido, tuve una caída inesperada haciendo dinámicas donde mi muñeca solía estar muy afectada.
Sin embargo, quiero destacar que hoy he tenido la suerte y el privilegio de estar en compañía de dos de mis más queridas amigas, cuyo apoyo, calor y palabras de ánimo me han levantado el ánimo y han hecho este día mucho más llevadero.
¡Estoy profundamente agradecida por contar con el amor y la compañía de estas dos grandes bellezas!

Today was a very busy day for me. I had planned to go climbing in the emblematic El Avila National Park, but unfortunately the heavy rains in the afternoon prevented me from doing so.
Despite this setback, I managed to take a moment to train a little, although I must mention that I did it with a lot of discomfort and pain in my wrist, because I am still suffering from an injury I suffered recently due to an oversight, I had an unexpected fall doing dynamics where my wrist used to be very affected.
However, I want to emphasize that today I have had the luck and privilege of being in the company of two of my dearest friends, whose support, warmth and words of encouragement have lifted my spirits and made this day much more bearable.
I'm deeply grateful to have the love and company of these two great beauties!
