I might have won the East Cerifa Pokemon League and become the new East Cerifa Champion, but the Pokemon Opalo adventures ain't over yet...
In this episode I took my very first steps in West Cerifa, a whole new region in Pokemon Opalo featuring fresh cities, new Gym Challenges and of course, new adventures! And oh boy, it was an action-packed first trip...
Everything started in Boreal, where I met up with Apollo and Mundanez. We flew to the East–West Cerifa border on Apollo's Braviary, met his wife Vera and a couple other folks, and boarded an old-school truck so we could enter West Cerifa undercover. The goal was straightforward: travel to Jet Hills and negotiate with the natives to get our hands on a large amount of Pokesence. But it couldn't be that easy, right? Oh well, it wasn’t...
As soon as we crossed the border, we got jumped by a crew of natives who used their Electrodes to blow up our truck! Everyone except me and Apollo was seriously injured in the attack, and then a rock slide happened and separated me from him. I ended up on Route 17 and started exploring to find a way back to my friends. The path didn’t take me back to the guys, but it led me to a new city called Cierzo where I accidentally met up with Gala and helped her locate her brother, who was supposed to be working on a farm nearby.
A few minutes later, we found Gala's brother Adian, and after a quick conversation we both realized that Adian was the human Astrem, the legendary Pokemon, had asked us to connect with so we could save the world from the upcoming threat of Unktena, a dark Pokemon heading to earth to destroy it.
We explained everything to Adian, and even though some stuff didn’t fully make sense to him, he decided to trust his little sister and join us in this adventure. Hell yeah! New teammate onboard! Not sure I can trust Adian just yet, but I trust Astrem, so I'll give Adian a chance to prove he's a good guy hehe!
