Episode 31 Summary 🎮
Welcome to a new Pokemon Opalo episode everyone!
We’re only two episodes into West Cerifa, and it’s already shaping up to be one hell of an adventure! In this one, I headed to the Light Chapel in Ghibly City with one mission… retrieve an antidote to cure Gala’s poisoning. But of course, nothing in West Cerifa is ever that simple!
According to Ghibly City mayor Leopord, something strange was happening inside the chapel! People nearby were acting crazy and talking nonsense. Challenge accepted!
I unlocked the chapel’s main gate, and Ixia (the special girl we saved in the last episode) showed up to help as a thank-you. Together, we battled through trainers and wild Pokémon until we reached the final room and found the cause of the chaos…
An Astral Portal, created by the evil Pokémon Unktena, who’s on his way to Earth to drain the souls of humans and Pokémon! I got dragged into the portal for a few seconds and came face-to-face with Unktena, but Ixia pulled me back and closed it using her Spirit Fragment powers.
We grabbed the antidote, rushed back to Gala, and within seconds she was feeling much better. Then Ixia invited me to the Ghibly City Arena to talk. She revealed that her Spirit Fragment is one of eight legendary fragments scattered across West Cerifa and whoever controls them gains immense power. Now it made sense why the Siseante Clan was after her!
Before handing me her fragment, Ixia challenged me to a Pokémon battle to prove I was worthy. She was tough (even had a Celebi on her team) but I came out on top and earned my first Spirit Fragment!
Looks like I'll be hunting Spirit Fragments in West Cerifa instead of Gym Badges, and I LOVE that twist! Can’t wait for the next fragment battle!
